Bonuvis was founded in 2013 with one simple vision: To provide corporate finance services at quality level equal to investment banking in London or New York to companies without size limitation in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Additionally, our philosophy is to go beyond typical corporate finance services and to always bring some extras on the table: connection to relevant industry or product/service experts from our network, introduction to suitable investors, frank and opened approach although sometimes hard to receive, complete transaction oversight and representation.
We work differently than most advisory companies by emphasising personal approach and full dedication of senior executives on each mandate.
Bonuvis is currently headed by Martin Stach - Managing Partner with more than 16 years of corporate finance and investment practice (PE and VC) in Europe, Asia and USA. Martin gained its experience as investment professional at Advent International and as investment banker at JPMorgan, Jefferies and BNP Paribas in London (click for profile).
